With a background in European Food Business, I am dedicated to supporting every link in the food chain in developing safe and secure food systems. I combine my technical and analytical knowledge, gained during my studies, with hands-on experience from the hospitality and pastry sectors. This practical experience enables me to view problems from both a theoretical and operational perspective, allowing me to identify solutions that work in practice.

My expertise mainly focuses on FSSC, CSR and various ISO standards. Through technical insights and practical knowledge, I aim to improve food safety practices and contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable systems.
