I have started my career in the fruits and vegetables sector as a quality controller, gaining extensive experience in quality criteria, labelling requirements and legislation. Later, I advanced to the QA department, where my responsibilities included the quality manuals and supporting and monitoring quality systems such as BRC and IFS.
This field expertise is something that I bring into my work as a consultant, being involved in the implementation and management of food safety and quality systems such as BRC and IFS, mainly in the fruits and vegetables sector. Additionally, I provide training in the field of internal audits and quality control throughout the supply chain, both nationally and internationally.
My objective is to provide practical tools to clients, using my expertise in the field of quality control throughout the supply chain.
