This one-day advanced training session provides experienced internal auditors with a deeper understanding of ISO 19011:2018. We explore the effective application of existing knowledge during the internal auditing process, as well as strategies to maximise potential.
During the training session, auditors get the opportunity to share experiences and knowledge with others. Together we identify challenges such as the desired depth and the follow-up steps of an audit. In addition, attention will be given to the dynamic nature of the sectors in which internal audits are conducted and the associated aspects of change.
Objective
