DFST

Capacity building

The post-harvest incubation unit needs capacity building to strengthen its incubation services and to be able to reach out more to the community for business development support. The strategy aims for more effective incubation services, more linkages with the incubation and acceleration network in Rwanda, creating more impact for the FST students and graduates.

The training builds the capacity of the incubator staff members and trainers from DFST and UR-CAVM to be better able to support incubates in transforming business ideas into practice and to help the incubates develop small sustainable businesses that can help transform the lives of the entrepreneurs and that of their families and communities.
